Using HamFilm

By using this service you agree that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• Your access may be ended if you are found sharing illegal or infringing content.
• The service carries no guarantee of uptime or availability.
• Rooms are not moderated unless content is reported as illegal or infringing, so you use the service at your own risk of meeting something you would rather not see.
• What you play in a room is your responsibility. HamFilm hosts no video of its own; it plays what you point it at.

• Subscriptions are billed through Zarinpal.
• If you are unhappy with the service for any reason, or believe you have been charged in error, write to support@hamfilm.net.
• We refund the most recent payment in full, without asking why.
